The Center for Supply Chain Integration and Risk Management can rapidly translate technical data regardless of format to produce optimized CNC machine codes and set-up instructions. We have post codes for 1,350 unique CNC machine and controller combinations.

	•	Additional post codes are added frequently and updated to keep pace with CNC technology improvements

	•	Rapid transformation of any type of data files into 3-D models (C4, TIF, PDF, DWG, DXF, LGS, SLDDRW, etc.)

	•	Custom G-Code programming for machines and controllers

	•	Set-up sheets that include feeds, speeds and tool selection

	•	Fixture design and process maps

	•	Reverse engineering of any machine part

	•	Assistance with First Article Testing

Our engineers will review your drawings to ensure that all content is accurate and specs are current. We will create a complete technical data package that includes 3-D solid model, manufacturing drawings, process plan and set-up sheets as well as optimized Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machine code, ensuring the best process and run time. This complete technical data package can then be distributed electronically at a moment's notice to our large network of pre-qualified suppliers.

SupplyPoint® engineering services are especially useful for supply chain contract solicitations involving obsolete parts. Such parts can be reverse engineered through our engineering process.

Using Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) technology, we will scan a sample part and translate that data into an actionable technical data package. Once the technical data package is validated, we will distribute the opportunity to our SupplyPoint® manufacturing network to develop a new supply source.
