A change in power settings is the most common cause of a blank screen. It happens most frequently when the SupplyPoint is logged into a new domain or when a new domain user logs into it. When the SupplyPoint is originally shipped, every attempt has been made to reduce the possibility of this happening, but some network security can override the settings.

Take the following steps to restore the original power settings.

To change the power settings, begin by right-clicking anywhere on the Windows desktop and selecting Properties from the menu that appears.

Select the Screen Saver tab from the Display Properties dialog box.
